Intimacy Passports are supplied only to healthcare professionals and to organisations such as practices, clinics, hospital departments and pharmacies. They are intended to be handed to patients during a consultation, not ordered by patients directly.

The Intimacy Passport is a short, pocket-sized booklet in German that explains what premature ejaculation is, what can be done about it, and how a structured twelve-week programme works. It is written to be given to a patient at the end of a consultation, so the conversation can continue at home.
A member of our team reviews every request before dispatch. We will confirm by email, usually within two working days. If you are unsure whether you qualify, email us at hello@melonga.com with the subject Intimacy Passport and we will help.
Each pack contains four Intimacy Passports and one reference card for your team. Passports and delivery are free of charge.
Delivery
We ship anywhere in the EU and EEA. Packs are dispatched from our own offices or from contract partners, which may be located outside the EU, including Hong Kong. Delivery is free of charge and no customs, duty or handling fees are passed on to you.
Please allow up to three weeks for arrival. If you need passports for a specific date, such as a congress or an open day, tell us in the notes field and we will do our best.

Melonga was evaluated in CLIMACS, a randomised controlled trial conducted at the Department of Urology, Philipps-Universität Marburg (DRKS00032774).
